We have a streamlined, very systematized process all our design projects step through. Each project is different but the process should remain the same.
01 Meet + Greet Presentation
02 Initial Site Visit, Client Interview, Questionnaire
03 Scope of Work prepared and presented
04 Contract executed, 50% design fee paid
05 Commencement of project
06 Trades Day (if needed); quotes received
07 Designing: space planning, CAD (optional), sourcing materials, furnishings, finishes
08 Presentation of Design plan (room by room)
09 Revisions as needed; Final approval of Design (balance of design fee due here)
10 Merchandise order placement (payment in full in advance)
11 Construction/remodeling begins (if required)
12 Track/expedite orders; project site visits as needed
13 Furnishings installed and client “reveal”
14 Punch list for issue resolution
