06 Trades Day (if needed); quotes received

08 Presentation of Design plan (room by room)
09 Revisions as needed; Final approval of Design (balance of design fee due here)
10 Merchandise order placement (payment in full in advance)
11 Construction/remodeling begins (if required)
12 Track/expedite orders; project site visits as needed
13 Furnishings installed and client “reveal”
14 Punch list for issue resolution
The entire cost of the project will depend on various factors. The typical elements include:
– design fee
– materials/labor (if construction involved)
– merchandise (if furnishings ordered)
– shipping/delivery (for furnishings)
The interior designer fee is priced on a flat-fee basis and is calculated using the following elements:
– The scale of the project (i.e., square feet of project space, number of rooms)
– The type of project – Remodel? New construction? Furnishings/décor only?
– How much time will it take?
Our Flat Fee Pricing Model means you’ll be able to budget your expenses right from project initiation with no later financial surprises. Isn’t that a nice surprise?
